The Sunset Wedding At Linden Gardens Sampler
Today, we jump right into it – in a beautiful place called Linden Gardens. It’s a secret place, near Penticton, that not many people know about. However, there’s a delicious cafe, edison lights everywhere, and most importantly, the largest, most diverse garden in all of the Penticton area.
So that’s where we begin. As you can see, I wasn’t joking around – there are flowers, ponds, and vines everywhere! It takes a while to explore, but a clearing in the middle is where we are.
It began quickly – before I knew it, guests had arrived, and she was walking up the aisle.
Alison Moore was officiating that day, and did she ever do a great job! It was warm, and funny, and actually a rollercoaster. From the hand-written vows, to the first kiss, it was an absolutely heartwarming ceremony.
Then, after family photos, we jumped into the ceremony photos. My favourite time! Since it was a later ceremony, at 3:30, the sun was on our side – just low enough to create those dramatic portraits that I love.
Right next to the water was an older structure we took full advantage of.
Back at Linden Gardens, dinner had been set up, and I can’t wait to show you all the photos. Here’s a few to show you how incredible the setup was!
We inhaled some food, and set off for a quick sneakaway.
Because of the recent smoke, we hadn’t been able to enjoy a sunset for quite some time, so this was a pretty incredible experience. The little bit of smoke left in the sky made for alluring purples and oranges!
Also, we had a guest.
Back at Linden Gardens, the party was in full swing!
But that’s where I’ll have to leave you. This is a 37 images sampler, so it’s a sneak peek of the photos from the day. If you’d like to be put on the list to see the photos when they’re done, click here. If you’d like to save any of these photos, you should be able to long-press them and select “Open in a new tab”, and it’ll be savable from there!
Thank you for reading this far! Photos will be ready in 2-3 weeks, and it’s a full album you’ll just love! If you’d like to keep up with my adventures, consider giving my instagram or facebook a follow! Talk to you soon!
